SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
We only ship to physical addresses within New Zealand.
Orders under 25kg will be shipped via a courier service.
Orders over 25kg will be shipped via a trucking company.
A shipping fee will be charged at the same rate as our shipping cost.
Delivery fee will be calculated and charged for separately on Oversize and heavy items.
We will endeavor to dispatch the products on the next available courier.
If the product ordered is not currently in stock, we will advise you at the earliest opportunity via phone or email.
Products will only be send after the payment has cleared into our bank account.
Freight Costs and Delivery Charges
Freight charges are free for orders above $175.00, excluding selected products (see below).
For orders below $175.00, a standard flat rate is applied.

Auckland Urban – $10.00
Auckland Rural – $14.00
North Island Urban – $10.00
North Island Rural – $14.00
South Island Urban – $12.00
South Island Rural – $16.00
Waiheke/Great Barrier Island – $16.00
Freight Charges for larger volumetric items: (larger coils of pipe, larger volumetric and heavy items are not included in the freight free calculation.
RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns for faulty and defective products.
Exchanges or change of mind not accepted, as set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act.
All products are ordered specifically from the manufacturer when you purchase and not eligible for return or refund.
