SHIPPING POLICY
We only ship to physical addresses within New Zealand.
Orders under 25kg will be shipped via a courier service.
Orders over 25kg will be shipped via a trucking company and may incur additional costs for the buyer.
We will endeavor to dispatch the products on the next available courier.
If the product ordered is not currently in stock, we will advise you at the earliest opportunity via phone or email.
Products will only be send after the payment has cleared into our bank account.
RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns for faulty and defective products only.
Exchanges or change of mind not accepted, as set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Products specifically ordered from the manufacturer when you purchase are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty or defective.
